All reservations require a deposit to confirm. Such deposits shall be due and payable upon receipt of the signed copy of agreement. Any and all deposits will be made prior to charter date with balance due five business days prior to the reservation date unless prior arrangements are made to pay balance at pick up. If customer pays by credit card, customer authorizes 918 Limos to charge all amounts owed under this contract to the credit card number provided with no further signatures or documents required. If customer cancels a reservation less than one week (seven days) prior to the charter date, customer deposit shall be forfeited and non-refundable. As a standard operating procedure, we inspect each vehicle before, during, and after each rental. Customer and customer's party are expected to conduct themselves in a manner so not to cause any injury to themselves, third parties or damage to the vehicle; the client assumes full financial responsibility for any vehicle damage that happens during the service, with a minimum charge of $200.00 for such repair and/or cleaning of the vehicle. The decision as to the need for repair or additional cleaning rests solely with 918 Limos Services and its decision is final. If at any time the transportation service is terminated either due to unruly conduct of customer's party, damage to the vehicle, or abuse of any nature as determined by 918 Limos, no refund of money will be made. If the requested vehicle is unavailable on the date of service, we will send a replacement unit of the same or greater size. Finally, by making your deposit you are agreeing to the terms listed.IF THE CLIENT CHOOSES TO KEEP THE LIMOUSINE PAST THE RESERVED TIME, THE COST WILL BE THE APPLICABLE PER HOURLY RATE, PAYABLE TO THE DRIVER BY VISA, MASTERCARD, OR CASH, PRIOR TO THE REQUESTED TIME BEING EXTENDED. GRATUITY IS NOT INCLUDED. RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS ARE ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO EQUIPMENT AVAILABILITY. 918 LIMOS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF WEATHER CONDITIONS, ACTS OF GOD, OR VEHICLE EQUIPMENT FAILURE. REMEDY IS LIMITED TO AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID FOR THE RUN. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CLIENT'S PROPERTY LEFT IN THE LIMOUSINE AFTER ANY EVENT. THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EQUIPMENT/ARTICLES DAMAGED OR STOLEN IN HIS/HER PARTY. IF THE CLIENT AND/OR HIS/HER GUEST(S) DAMAGE THE CAR OR ACT(S) IRRESPONSIBLY, THEN THE RIDE WILL BE TERMINATED AND NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED. STATE LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 TO CONSUME ALCOHOL IN THE LIMOUSINE. NO DRUGS ARE TO BE CARRIED IN THE VEHICLE, IF RENTERS ARE FOUND CARRYING OR USING DRUGS OR DRINKING UNDER-AGE, THE CHAUFFEUR IS UNDER ORDERS TO TERMINATE RIDE.NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED..- Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run (at the initial pick-up location) unless paid with a previously authorized credit card. - Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. - All deposits are non-refundable. The idea of the deposit is to hold a reservation and take a vehicle of your choice off the market until the date of service. 918 Limos does not accept responsibility for delayed travel time due to unforeseen weather, traffic, road conditions (for example, unsafe road conditions in winter (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.)), or delays beyond our control. Disclaimer 918 Limos is not responsible for items left in the vehicle during or after reservation. We are not monetarily liable in the event of delays caused by traffic or mechanical breakdown while on charter. However, we will make up for the lost time by extending final drop off time or with discount on a future reservations as agreed to by both parties. Refunds will not be issued for audio visual effect failures.918 Limos is not responsible for any delays or mechanical failures beyond our reasonable control or inclement weather. I (Client) signify that I have read the terms and conditions stated above in this contract and agree to all stated terms and conditions. I further declare and represent that I am at least 18 years of age, that I have full legal capacity to be bound by this contract, and that I am agreeing with this contract of my own free will and accord. I (Client) authorize the company to charge my credit card and agree to its terms.
